Undelivered Packages
In the event of an undelivered package, a full refund will be initiated once the parcel is returned to us. We reserve the right to cancel future orders to addresses with a history of Return-to-Origin (RTO).
Returns Policy
We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns or exchanges requested beyond this period cannot be accommodated.
